Condition
Every effort has been made to photograph this art accurately. However:
Colours and shades may look different in print or on the screen when compared to the original.
There may be minor damage to the art or colour discrepancies due to light exposure and environmental factors.
There may be colour discrepancies between the visible art and any art hidden by the frame due to light exposure and environmental factors.
Due to their age, the frames are not in perfect condition. There will be minor wear and tear. The description of each item does not include details of any minor wear and tear or damage.
Most of this artwork was framed shortly after its completion, with a few exceptions. Please contact us if you require further information.

The title of each item, the date and the type of ink and board used are our best guess. No warranty is given for the accuracy of this information.
Sizes
All dimensions are approximate only.
Artist Resale Royalties (ARR) are in addition to the listed sale price and will be invoiced separately. The current rates are:
4% up to £50,000
3% between £50,00.01 and £200,000
1% between £200,000.01 and £350,000
0.5% between £350,000.01 and £500,000
0.25% in excess of £500,001
The rate applies separately to each item. Multiple purchases are not grouped together for the purposes of reducing ARR.
Withdrawal from Sale
We may withdraw an item from sale at any time without notice. All of this art is available for sale by other means and it is not exclusively for sale on this website.
Items in your basket are not reserved.
Payment Terms
Successful purchase of each item will only be complete after we have sent an invoice that includes the purchase price, Artist Resale Royalties, shipping costs and when payment is received in full without any deductions. We reserve the right to withdraw from any sale until the purchase is complete.
All payments must be made by bank transfer to the details provided on the invoice.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Proof of ID may be required for verification purposes.
Shipping and Insurance
Shipping is at the risk of the buyer. We recommend that the buyer arrange their own insurance. Any damage or loss in transit of the item is at the risk of the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining compensation from their insurance company. Please see our shipping section for more information.
We reserve the right to delay shipping while money laundering and fraud checks are carried out. Proof of ID may be required for verification purposes.
Collection
We recommended that all purchases are collected in person. We reserve the right to delay collection while money laundering and fraud checks are carried out.

Ownership Warranty
I warrant that I, Diane Ansell, am the owner of each item and have the right to transfer ownership to the buyer. Ownership will be transferred to the buyer after full payment has been received and ID, money laundering and fraud checks are completed.

All sales are final. No refunds are available.
The art listed for sale on this website is being sold on a private basis. Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.
