The Lichemaster, referred to as Warhammer’s longest serving villain, is Henreich Kremler who raises Lord Krell from the dead.

Heinrich Kemler is the Lichemaster, pictured far right. 

Below him slightly left is Lord Krell, the Champion of Chaos Gods. He can only be summoned by Heinrich Kemler.

Below Lord Krell is his Captain Ranlac, and to the far right slightly higher is his Lieutenant Mikael Jacsen with flaming hair. 

This piece was the cover for the reprint of Terror of the Lichmaster and the one most featured when you research that campaign for 2nd edition Warhammer Fantasy Battle.
